The changes, though subtle, go a long way in enhancing its dynamic appearance inside and out.

Scheduled to go on sale in June 2012, the 2013 Nissan 370Z features a freshening in the form of a new front fascia with vertical LED daytime running lights, new 18-inch wheels (19-inch aluminum alloy wheels with the Sport Package), and a couple new exterior colours (Magma Red and Midnight Blue). Inside, there’s a new darker finish around the fuel gauge.

The Sport Package further adds red finished brake callipers showing through the new style 19-inch wheels and Euro-tuned shock absorbers for improved handling (and a firmer ride).

Motivation continues to be provided by the 3.7-litre V6 (332 hp and 270 lb.-ft. of torque), harnessed by either a six-speed manual or seven-speed automatic (with paddle shifters and rev-matching downshifts). The 370Z Roadster is available only with the automatic, though the Touring trim can get the manual (as well as the automatic).

“Since the original 1970 Z was first introduced our goal has always been to keep the design moving forward,” said Judy Wheeler,  Director of Marketing, NissanCanadaInc. “The changes for 2013, though subtle, go a long way in enhancing its dynamic appearance inside and out.”

Additional details will be available closer to the June 2012 on-sale date.
