Audi's explosive little car
New for Audi’s little two-seater is a turbocharged 2.5-litre five-cylinder engine that produces well above 300 horsepower for “explosive acceleration, driving delight, and unrivalled sound”, according to the company.
Through the use of turbocharging and direct-fuel-injection, as well as lightweight mostly-aluminum construction and Quattro all-wheel drive for traction, the TT RS reportedly reaches 100 km/h in under five seconds.
Top speed is limited to 250 km/h and improved brakes rein it all back down to a halt. It is not yet approved for North America.
