As you may already know, Toyota's youthful Scion brand is coming to Canada this fall.

At the NYIAS, Scion is showing off the whole lineup – all four of them – including (drum roll please) the all-new “iQ” subcompact and the redesigned second-gen “tC” coupe.

The iQ is tiny, but pretty cool, eh? At 120.1 inches long by 66.1 inches tall and 55 inches wide, it's about the same size as a smart car. The iQ, however, has a back seat. It also has 10 standard air bags including the first rear window curtain air bag in the marketplace.

It gets a CVT transmission and 1.3-litre engine. And, Scion says the iQ is the world's smallest four-seater. It will compete directly against Mini, Smart and Mazda2.

Pricing is not yet available; but, we do know that it'll go live sometime early in 2011.

The new Scion tC, however, will be online this September featuring a new sport-tuned suspension, new power steering and several more improvements inside and out. It has a 2.5-litre 180-hp engine that offer better performance and better economy than the previous 2.4.

Two transmissions are available on the new tC, which also gets bigger brakes and 18-in wheels.
