Toyota Canada is using CIAS to not only rebuild its image, but also to release some pretty nice stock.

The Lexus LF-CH concept is on hand. It may be a compact, but it sure is good looking. It comes with Lexus Hybrid Drive, meaning it’ll drive in normal, eco and all-electric modes.

Speaking of hybrids, of course, the Plug-in version of the Prius is in T-Dot. It’s one of five such “production” models that Toyota Canada is putting into fleets before they arrive here en masse in the not-too-distant-future.

Naturally, TCI addressed the media on the “sticking pedal” issues a small number of owners have experienced. Steven Beatty, Managing Director of TCI, stresses the fix is ready, simple, durable and lasting.

The final tip of the hat goes to Scion, which is showing off its budget-conscious sport compacts launching in September. The centrepiece of the exhibit is a teal blue 2009 Scion tC called the “Revault” that’s been modified to the owner’s personal tastes with a body kit, turbocharged engine, custom interior and more.

Others Scions on display include the xB with a body kit and wheels and the smaller xD with some subtler mods.

Some must-see vehicles on display at the Lexus and Toyota booths at CIAS include the 2011 Lexus GX 460 and Toyota Sienna minivan.
