A car by any other name: Daewoo Motors will unveil a new vehicle at the 2002 Geneva Motor Show that people will most certainly call beautiful ... because that's literally its name.

The Kalos, which means "beautiful" in Greek, is a cross between a small car and a multi-passenger vehicle (MPV), according to a statement released by Daewoo. The five-door hatchback will be available with 1.2 or 1.4 litre engine.

"We're very excited about the unveiling of the Kalos, which is going to be the star of the show for us," S.K. Kim, managing director of Daewoo cars, said in the statement.

The Kalos will be sold in Canada as the Chevrolet Aveo and Suzuki Swift+.
