A new direction for Rolls

The 200EX is a design study for a contemporary four-door sedan and shows the direction for the new RR4 series due for production in 2010.

The touring sedan is noticeably less formal than traditional Rolls-Royce models, though it remains instantly recognizable even from angles that obscure the traditional grille and Spirit of Ecstasy ornament. Rear-hinged coach doors opening to nearly 90 degrees, revived in 2003 on the Phantom as a signature cue, lend an air of elegance and style while improving functionality.

The elegant interior features a clean, intuitive dashboard bathed in soft light, supple natural grain leather upholstery, cornsilk carpets and cashmere headliner. Power is supplied by a new V12.
