BMW Canada has announced pricing for a vehicle a few people may have heard of - the new 2007 3 Series coupe.

The 3 Series will come in three variants - the 328i, all-wheel drive 328xi and the 335i. The lowest-priced 328i will have a base manufacturer's retail price of $43,600. It will be powered by a 3.0 liter inline six-cylinder engine, featuring Valvetronic variable valve-lift technology, producing 230 horspower and 200 ft-lb of torque. The BMW 328i Coupe can go from 0-100 km/h in 6.6 seconds when equipped with the standard 6-speed manual transmission.

The 328xi uses the same engine and has the same features as the 328i but adds BMW's xDrive all-wheel drive system. It will have an MSRP of $46,100.

The 335i, meanwhile, will house an inline six-cylinder engine with twin turbochargers developing 300 horsepower and peak torque of 300 ft-lb. The torque figure is available from 1,400 through 5,000 rpm, allowing the coupe to go from 0-100 km/h in 5.6 seconds. The 335i will have an MSRP of $51,600.

Standard equipment upgrades for all 2007 3 Series coupe models include automatic climate control, 10 speaker sound system with 2 Subwoofers, MP3 capability, Satellite Radio, Ski Bag and Light Package including exterior handle lights and interior ambient light strips.
