The holidays are coming early for 50 Neiman Marcus customers who placed their calls into BMW to order the new 2007 BMW M6 Convertible featured in this year's Neiman Marcus Christmas Book.

The Convertible sold out in one minute and 32 seconds.

Billed as the "must-have" automobile for the person who has everything, the luxury convertible made its US debut at the unveiling of the Neiman Marcus Christmas Book in on October 3, 2006. Only 50 US limited-edition models, built especially for Neiman Marcus, are being produced.

They feature custom Ruby Black exterior finish accented with Piano Black trim elements, and power sports seats wrapped in a custom Gold Brown shade of supple BMW Individual Merino leather. Powered by the 500-hp 5.0-litre V10, the M6 Convertible will accelerate to 60 mph in just 4.5 seconds.

The Limited Edition 2007 BMW M6 Convertible retails for US$139,000.
