Ferrari is replacing its 360 Modena with the new F430.

The new F430 gets a 4.3-litre V8 that produces 490-horsepower and redlines at 8,500 rpm. It goes from 0-100 km/h in four seconds. It will have an optional set of carbon-ceramic brake discs, according to forbes.com, and will be able to reach a top speed of over 315 km/h.

The F430 may be joined by a convertible version in 2007.
